ROAD STAGE SL is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Your name and phone number allow us to respond to your request for contact. You can select a stage model and optionally provide a company, email address, date, venue and message. Without the necessary details, we cannot arrange the call you request.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer enquiries, check availability, prepare proposals and manage communications about your request. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or, for enquiries made on behalf of a business, our legitimate interest in handling the professional relationship.

The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We do not make automated decisions or build marketing profiles from enquiries.

Retention

We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to answer them and manage the proposal and follow-up. Once that purpose ends, we delete the data or retain it with access restricted only for the legal periods applicable to potential liabilities. If a contract is agreed, the corresponding records are retained in line with applicable legal obligations.

Providers and recipients

Hosting and email providers may process the data to deliver their services. Corporate email is managed through Google Workspace. We do not sell your data or disclose it for third-party marketing. We may provide it to authorities where required by law.

This version of the website does not include advertising analytics or tracking cookies. The server processes technical connection data to deliver the service and protect it against abuse. External services open only when you follow their links and apply their own policies.
